Pool Warranty Information

Bonita Pools warrants the "NON DIVING" pool shel owned by the homeowner listed below to maintain its structural integrity for as long as the original buyer owns the pool. Structural Integrity is defined as the ability of the pool to hold water.

Performance

In the event of structural issue, Bonita Pools, at its descretion, will replace or repair the pool to restore its structural integrity.

Exclusions

The failure of peripheral equipment such as fittings, skimmers, piping, lighting fixtures, wiring, rails, ladders, slides or any other accessories are excluded from this warranty. Excluded from this warranty are any structures such as decks, waterfalls, fountians or spas. Unauthorized draining of the pool or the rising of the ground water table above the pool water level or adverse yard drainage is not covered by this warranty. THE POOL MUST REMAIN FULL OF WATER AT ALL TIMES TO MAINTAIN THE WARRANTY. Any violent act of nature or improper installation that compromises the structural integrity of the pool is not covered by this warranty.

Gel-Coat Finish Warranty

Gel-coat finish is warranted for a period of Seven Years (7) from the date of installtion by the original owner.

Not Covered

Environmental degradation including, but not limited to, discoloration, staining, fading, hairline cracks, blistering and roughness which are the result of poor or out of balance water chemestry.
